All pieces are made with 14K gold filled or 925 sterling silver hardware and locally sourced natural materials such as freshwater pearls and stones.

This means that your piece will be unique and individual beads or pearls will vary in their size.

Some stone beads, like agate have natural cracks and chips which add to their character. Please keep this in mind when inspecting your piece.

Avoid harsh chemicals

• Household cleaners, perfumes, and lotions can damage pearls and stones.
• Apply such products before wearing jewellery and let them dry completely.

Gentle cleaning

• Wipe with a soft cloth after each wear.
• For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water and mild soap briefly, then wipe gently.
• Avoid prolonged soaking to prevent weakening the stringing material.

Care for pearls

• Freshwater pearls are porous and absorb moisture and oils.
• Keep them dry and store in a cool, dry place.
• Use a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to prevent scratches and tangling.

Gold-filled and sterling silver hardware care

• Gold-filled components can tarnish; polish with a specialized jewellery cloth.
• Use silver polish or a cloth designed for silver care for sterling silver.
• Regular maintenance preserves your piece.

Avoid moisture and physical stress

• Do not wear necklaces during swimming, exercising, or showering to prevent damage.

Proper care ensures the longevity and beauty of stone and pearl beaded necklaces with gold-filled and sterling silver hardware.

Please allow 1 week for your piece to be handcrafted and shipped.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and depending on the fastest route to your location.

Allow 1-3 days arrival once shipped within metro areas for express shipping. Any orders for locations outside of Australian metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 1-3 days delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent via the local postage system within your destination country or via Fedex (if selected) with signature and tracking. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped. The price of international shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout.

ORDERING INFORMATION

• You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your junk mail or email us at hello@bodegajewellery.com with your order name and any details pertaining to the order. 
• Your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
• If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please email hello@bodegajewellery.com
• BODEGA is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia & internationally. If an item does go missing, which is a very rare occurrence, we will lodge an investigation with the specific postal/courier service & attempt to track its location. BODEGA is also not responsible for an address that is entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
• It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office (or similar) if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.
